Monsoon getaways are just terrific when you visit a beautiful place full of greenery which promises you deadly views and goals. This time we headed for Tropical Reatreat at Igatpuri and we literally had the best time spent here at this beautiful resort in Igatpuri.
How to reach- You can travel by train from C.S.T to Igatpuri station and take a rickshaw from station. It’s hardly 10 mins away from station. Or else you can also go by Ola/Uber or your private car.
Rates- The rates are around 3200- 5500. You could get the best rates between Mondays to Fridays due to less rush.Booking 15 days before is the best option for availability.
Rooms- We opted for Magnolia Room. The room was very spacious with Beautiful frames and lamps. Tea & coffee maker is right there on the table. Clean bathrooms with all necessary items.
Pool- There’s a large Infinity Pool just in the centre of the property which looks wow. The pool is clean and the service guys take good care of it. This is one of the reason which makes Tropical Retreat one of the best resort in Igatpuri.
Spa & Games section- There’s a spa section where you can have relaxing sessions. Just besides the spa section you will spot game section. Carrom, table-tennis, pool and chess are few games you can get your hands on.
Entrance- The entrace will surely mesmerize you as there is a structured surrounding where you can spot Lotus leaves. The view from backside of your rooms offers green grass and huge mountains. Watching this is a treat for your eyes. And I would highly recommend you to watch sun-set outside your room around 6-6.30 pm. Its just an icing on the cake at this beautiful tropical Retreat- Resort in Igatpuri.
Food- Coming to the food, the buffet breakfast is just like a king’s breakfast. From Omlettes to Idli wadas, poha, crossaints and cakes with fruits and much more options. Coming to Lunch and Dinner Chef Rajdeep Das has curated an extraordinary menu with limited but best North Indian and Punjabi dishes. Even you have options for Chinese and Mexican food. Dal Makhani, Mexican rice, Butter Chicken, Cheese croquets, Manchow soup, moong dal halwa, schezwan rice, Chicken Biryani are the dishes we tried in those two days.
Service- Service guys are cool, they were always on time. Each penny you spend is worth.
Overall loved the Hospitality and our stay tropical Retreat- Resort in Igatpuri .We would never forget the Sun-set view which gave us Goose-bumps.
